• Monthly Puja Subscriptions: Recurring puja services on a monthly basis
• Custom Puja Services: Personalized puja services as per customer requirements
• Prasad and Religious Items: Sale of prasad and other religious products

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

All puja bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

3.2 Payment

• Payment can be made through online payment gateways, cash on delivery (COD), or wallet payment as available
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be completed as per the selected payment method
• For COD orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery

3.3 Pricing

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, prices for confirmed bookings will not be changed. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

4. Puja Performance and Delivery

4.1 Puja Performance

• Pujas will be performed as per the selected date and time, subject to availability
• We will make reasonable efforts to perform pujas on the requested dates
• In case of unavoidable circumstances, we may reschedule the puja with prior notice to the customer
• Puja performance is subject to temple timings and availability

4.2 Prasad and Items Delivery

• Delivery of prasad and religious items will be made to the address provided during booking
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier services
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural calamities
• Customers must ensure accurate delivery address and contact information

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja date
• Cancellation charges may apply as per our refund policy
• For subscription services, cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days

5.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any booking in case of:

• Unavailability of services or resources
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
• Violation of terms and conditions
• Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer

In such cases, full refund will be provided to the customer.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Website
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website
